Jongma Development processes personal data carefully and in accordance with the GDPR. This policy explains which data we collect and why.
1. What data do we collect?
Via our forms (contact, quote request, ROI Tool): name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your request. Via analytics (after consent): anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4.
2. What do we use it for?
Solely to follow up your request, deliver our services and, with your consent, improve the website. We never sell data to third parties.
3. Storage and retention
Lead data is stored in our self-hosted CRM system (Twenty CRM) on own servers within the EU and kept as long as relevant for the client relationship, with a maximum of 24 months after last contact.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to withdraw consent. Email info@jongma.dev; we respond within 30 days.
